Ashleigh made it back from Charleston this evening.... Cindy and Jessi arrived in Kansas City... and John and I watch massive episodes of Home Improvement on DVD... can life get any better?

what happened to my email when you update your blog? we watched a special on discovery or some other similar channel the other night where they were studying the digestive system of one of these competitive eaters. it was pretty interesting!
